Hike and Farmer’s Market Part Dos

It’s another beautiful Sunday morning in Los Angeles. I meet up with my friend Allison and we head down to Temescal Canyon to get our hike on.

Look, I can make it rain with this filter in Pixlromatic:

We got rain the day before so the hiking path is covered in mud. We’re careful not to slip.

Our decision to stop at the nearby Pacific Palisades farmer’s market is not premeditated. But as we drive by, Allison and I recall that Jennifer Garner is a regular shopper at this particular farmer’s market.

If it’s good enough for Sydney Bristow, it’s good enough for us.

I sample a piece of these lemon bars. SO GOOD.

Allison and I buy a slice of coffee cake to share over our Starbucks later.

I think this is the first time I’ve come across Buddha Hands. You can use a zester to access its citrus flavors.

And here is the coffee cake that we split. The crumble on top is mighty tasty.
